Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

• Standard shipping domestic orders are shipped through USPS, UPS or Fex Ex depending on shipping weight. 

Shipping Timeframes:

• Because shirts are made to order, shipping times for standard shipping orders are approx. 7-14 business days from the day it is placed. During any sales, this shipping time can be extended to 14-18 business days.
• Expedited orders are available by email if needed and will have a rush fee applied. 
• Orders are never processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as we are out of the office. All of these times are regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8 AM MST - 6:30 PM CST, excluding holidays.

 

Lost Packages:

TM Ranch Apparel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are a domestic customer and your package is lost or stolen, you must contact us and we will contact USPS and file a claim. 

Please make sure you are providing us with a valid, safe address to have your package delivered to so you can assure its arrival.

If you provide us with an incorrect address and your package is returned to sender, you will be charged the fee from the shipping carrier to get your package back, and a second shipping fee from us to reship your package back out to you with a correct address. We cannot be held responsible for these fees from the shipping carrier.
